Serviced apartments near Raghuvanshi Mills and Todi Mills work well for month-long postings at ₹90,000–₹1,60,000. Choose a room facing away from Senapati Bapat Marg: the road is a 24-hour noise source and the mill compounds add valet horns until 1am. Avoid the cheapest lodges around Lower Parel station's east side — they are ₹2,000 rooms with shared bathrooms marketed as boutique, and the lanes flood in July.
