What it is
Guests typically choose Juhu for its balance of location and price; Home2 Renaissance Club is a good fit if you want to be near the action in Mumbai.
Because pricing is set live by the hotel and its suppliers, the figure shown here is a recent snapshot; check the current rate for your exact dates before booking.
Where it sits
Home2 Renaissance Club is in Juhu, at Rennaisance Club Juhu Versova Link Rd Gharkul Society Bharat Nagar Four Bungalows Andheri West, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 6 km from Terminal 2, 20 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 8 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 21 minutes to the airport, 72 minutes to Fort and 28 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

Staying in Juhu
Juhu Tara Road is the beachfront: full-service hotels at ₹14,000 to ₹28,000 with pools, real meeting floors and shuttle services, and sea-facing rooms worth the ₹3,000 premium if you are only here two nights. The second row — Gulmohar Road, Juhu Church Road, Janki Kutir — offers boutique hotels and serviced flats at ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 in quiet bungalow lanes, five minutes on foot from the sand and next door to Prithvi Theatre; this is where I would actually book. The Juhu Circle end towards Vile Parle drops to ₹5,000 to ₹7,500 but you are on a permanently congested junction. Avoid the cheapest guesthouses immediately behind the beach on the Juhu Koliwada side: fine by day, poorly lit at night, and further from anything than the map suggests. Rates roughly double between 20 December and 2 January.
More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Juhu page.
What it costs
We do not hold a live rate for Home2 Renaissance Club at the moment; hotels in Juhu on our list start at about ₹4,800 a night. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.
November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.
