Long-stay flats in Vartak Nagar and Hiranandani Estate go for ₹35,000–₹65,000 a month. Avoid rooms facing the Eastern Express Highway — six lanes of night trucks — and avoid Ghodbunder Road addresses beyond Kasarvadavali unless your work is out there.
