In the old town around Talao Pali and Gokhale Road, small hotels sit at ₹2,000–₹4,000 with real neighbourhood life outside the door but no parking whatsoever. Long-stay flats in Vartak Nagar and Hiranandani Estate go for ₹35,000–₹65,000 a month. Avoid rooms facing the Eastern Express Highway — six lanes of night trucks — and avoid Ghodbunder Road addresses beyond Kasarvadavali unless your work is out there.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The bedsheets were torn, and the AC was not working at all, even after repeated complaints. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were very poor. Im kind of two minds on this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and really seem to be concerned about your needs. They got a call from my son in the USA and notified me as I had no phone.
