What it is
From here, Mumbai's main attractions — including central Powai — are an easy walk or short ride away, so you spend less time in transit and more time exploring.
Rates shift with the season and with demand, so the live price on the booking page is always the one to trust — tap through for tonight's or your dates' real availability.
Where it sits
The Beatle is in Powai, at Jmj House Orchard Avenue, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 6 km from Terminal 2, 22 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 8 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 21 minutes to the airport, 76 minutes to Fort and 26 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

Staying in Powai
Split the decision by which side of the lake you need. For lake views and conference space, the Renaissance and Lakeside Chalet on Adi Shankaracharya Marg and the Westin at Hiranandani Business Park run ₹9,000–₹16,000 a night midweek, more when a convention fills the ballroom. For eco-certified and quieter, Rodas and Meluha The Fern sit inside Hiranandani Gardens off Central Avenue at ₹6,500–₹11,000. Long-stay consultants should look at serviced apartments around Powai Plaza and Nahar Amrit Shakti in Chandivali, where a month runs ₹65,000–₹1,10,000. Avoid the very cheap guesthouses along Saki Vihar Road near the Chandivali junction — they are ₹2,500 rooms with no lift, generator noise and an unlit 700 m walk to any restaurant. Also avoid anything advertised as Powai but with a Vikhroli or Kanjurmarg address; the highway crossing is miserable on foot.
More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Powai page.
What it costs
We do not hold a live rate for The Beatle at the moment; hotels in Powai on our list start at about ₹8,900 a night. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.
November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.

It's a budget hotel with a good location. Don't expect a 3 or a 4 star experience. The rooms were old and had stains in multiple places. The corridors were also not clean enough. Overall it's a budget hotel and so expectations should be in line to that budget.Nisarg Pandya · 3/5
Visited for Lunch with friends. The place is not so big and on rooftop with an AC section. The ambience is rustic lounge on a terrace with open to sky roof with lights hence must be romantic after sunset. Food presentation was very nice and all dishes served on table although SC but not served on plate. There was a…Satyajit K (Let's Go Further) · 5/5
4 star from where this is not even a 3 star hotel you pay 12 k for deluxe room which is extremely dirty and dingy , the curtains are falling off the bed poster have dirty spots , the bathroom floor has black algae in shower area and in the roof. Horrific for the price you pay. If you get this hotel for 3,to 4K it’s…shivangi sharma · 2/5
