Avoid the very cheap guesthouses along Saki Vihar Road near the Chandivali junction — they are ₹2,500 rooms with no lift, generator noise and an unlit 700 m walk to any restaurant. Also avoid anything advertised as Powai but with a Vikhroli or Kanjurmarg address; the highway crossing is miserable on foot.

I don't know who rated high on this hotel. Absolute disappointed with the room, quality and service. Rooms are squared and so small there is barely any space to walk beside bed.
