What it is
From here, Mumbai's main attractions — including central Navi Mumbai (Vashi) — are an easy walk or short ride away, so you spend less time in transit and more time exploring.
Where it sits
Hotel Adiraj Residency is in Navi Mumbai (Vashi), at Thane Belapur Road House 1104 1116, Navi Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 16 km from Terminal 2, 24 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 16 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 58 minutes to the airport, 83 minutes to Fort and 56 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.
What is included
The property lists 6 facilities. The ones that decide a booking are grouped below; anything unusual — early check-in, a late departure, a desk that takes a laptop — is worth confirming when you book, because listings and reality drift.

Staying in Navi Mumbai (Vashi)
The reliable band is Sector 30A and Sector 17 near Vashi station, where four-star business hotels run ₹4,000–₹8,500 a night including breakfast and parking, and the top of the market — Four Points and the better Vashi properties — tops out around ₹11,000. Palm Beach Road addresses in Sanpada and Nerul cost a little more and buy you creek views and quiet, but you will need a cab for everything. CBD Belapur, 12 km south, is cheaper again and better if your meetings are at the corporate park there. Long-stay serviced flats in Sectors 9 to 17 rent at ₹35,000–₹70,000 a month, real value by Mumbai standards. Avoid the cheapest lodges immediately behind Vashi station, which are ₹1,500 rooms with paper walls, and avoid booking anything in Kharghar or Panvel if your work is in Vashi itself.

What it costs
We do not hold a live rate for Hotel Adiraj Residency at the moment; hotels in Navi Mumbai (Vashi) on our list start at about ₹5,500 a night. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.
November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.
