When I came 3 hours early they said they can’t give early check in and their responses were so rude. After multiple requests they took 1000 rupees and given a room and no receipt was given for the payment. They didn’t provide proper towels and mattresses and they are so dirty. Due to misleading information, we unfortunately booked this hotel. Upon arrival, we found it to be extremely unhygienic, with dusty, unclean rooms and smelly bed linens that were releasing dust.
