Hotel Galaxy's Vaibhav is a practical 3-star stay in Mumbai — good value for exploring the area and its landmarks like central Mumbai.

What it is
The surrounding Mumbai district is one of the most convenient parts of Mumbai to stay in, with restaurants, cafés and transport links close by.
Rates shift with the season and with demand, so the live price on the booking page is always the one to trust — tap through for tonight's or your dates' real availability.
Where it sits
Hotel Galaxy's Vaibhav is in Mira-Bhayandar, at Near State Bank Of India Parnaka, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 29 km from Terminal 2, 45 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 32 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 102 minutes to the airport, 159 minutes to Fort and 111 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

Staying in Mira-Bhayandar
Accommodation is almost entirely mid-range and budget, built for the corporation's own residents and long-stay workers rather than for tourism, with a scatter of newer business hotels near Mira Road station aimed at people working in the northern suburbs. Nightly rates run roughly ₹1,200 to ₹3,500 for a standard double, occasionally more for a newer tower with a pool or gym, which is consistently cheaper than anywhere comparable inside Mumbai's municipal limits. There is nothing resembling a beach resort near Gorai or Uttan itself; anyone wanting to stay close to the pagoda or the coastline should not expect more than simple guesthouse-style rooms, if they can find one at all, since most visitors day-trip out from Mira Road or Bhayandar rather than staying on the peninsula. This suits long-stay visitors and budget travellers who have already decided the commute is worth the saving, and…

What it costs
We do not hold a live rate for Hotel Galaxy's Vaibhav at the moment. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.
November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. The AC started leaking water at night, which drenched part of the bed and the table beside it. It was very uncomfortable and disrupted my sleep. Basic room maintenance was clearly not up to the mark. Definitely not worth the hassle.Dhru Suthar · 1/5
Service is pathetic. There is staff or owner, who is an old person and he is basically mannerless. Why is he even a staff in hospitality industry when he doesn't even have basic manners on how to behave with a customer. Moreover, it's illegal in hospitality industry for the hotel 🏨 staff to keep the ID aadhar, after…Aninda Dutta · 1/5
Cheap third class hotel. Please think 100 times before you take entry here. There is an old person staff who misbehaves a lot. Moreover when you take entry here, that old person will ask for ID like aadhar card and then keep the ID with him even after you have made payment. And will only return the ID on checkout. No…Aninda Dutta · 1/5
