What it is
From here, Mumbai's main attractions — including central Khar — are an easy walk or short ride away, so you spend less time in transit and more time exploring.
Rates shift with the season and with demand, so the live price on the booking page is always the one to trust — tap through for tonight's or your dates' real availability.
Where it sits
The UniContinental Campus Accommodation is in Khar, at 3Rd Road Next To Khar Railway Station, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 3 km from Terminal 2, 15 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 3 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 12 minutes to the airport, 51 minutes to Fort and 11 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

Staying in Khar
The numbered roads between Linking Road and the sea — particularly 15th, 16th and the lanes towards Khar Danda — are the quietest and best value, with serviced apartments and small boutique hotels at ₹6,500 to ₹11,000 including breakfast. The Linking Road frontage itself is cheaper at ₹5,000 to ₹7,500 but you will hear traffic and shop shutters until midnight. The S V Road side, closer to Khar Road station, drops to ₹3,500 to ₹5,000; it is functional, well connected for trains, and thoroughly charmless. Serviced apartments are unusually good value here for stays of a week or more — expect ₹45,000 to ₹80,000 a month for a well-kept one-bedroom with a kitchen, which suits the longer project trip better than a hotel does. Avoid ground-floor rooms anywhere near the Khar subway between June and September for obvious reasons.
More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Khar page.
What it costs
We do not hold a live rate for The UniContinental Campus Accommodation at the moment; hotels in Khar on our list start at about ₹8,800 a night. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.
November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.

All the rooms were dirty... Bathrooms were not cleaned. The entire place has a rundown feel. They were not very bothered about it as well. I would avoid booking this place at all costs. We actually booked somewhere else and left.Trisha Mukherjee · 2/5
We 3 of us stayed for 2 nights and 3 days - I would rate the experience at 1/5. The AC in the room didn't work. The window in the restroom is not closeable (it's as big as that one person can easily jump in/out). Usually hotels give complimentary water bottles for any no. of litres however here they restricted for 1…Vijaishankar · 1/5
Had a wonderful and seamless stay here. The staff was incredibly supportive, especially Ms. Gayatri, who went out of her way to accommodate our custom requests for our toddler. Truly appreciated the hospitality! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay around Bandra.Pramoda · 4/5
