What it is

The surrounding Borivali district is one of the most convenient parts of Mumbai to stay in, with restaurants, cafés and transport links close by.

Because pricing is set live by the hotel and its suppliers, the figure shown here is a recent snapshot; check the current rate for your exact dates before booking.

Where it sits

Treebo Aviva Executive is in Borivali, at Plot 01 Sonawala Rd Jay Prakash Nagar 400063 Western Suburbs Mumbai India, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 8 km from Terminal 2, 25 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 11 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.

Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 30 minutes to the airport, 88 minutes to Fort and 39 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

What is included

The property lists 19 facilities. The ones that decide a booking are grouped below; anything unusual — early check-in, a late departure, a desk that takes a laptop — is worth confirming when you book, because listings and reality drift.

Staying in Borivali

The practical band is around Borivali station east and the Western Express Highway service road, where business hotels run ₹2,500–₹6,000 including breakfast and parking, and you are 10 minutes from both metro lines and the park gate. On the west side, IC Colony and Eksar offer quieter guesthouses and serviced flats at ₹3,000–₹6,500 with genuine neighbourhood atmosphere but a longer walk to the station. Long-stay apartments in Borivali West and Kandivali rent at ₹30,000–₹60,000 a month. Avoid rooms directly over the station approach road, where hawker noise starts at 5am and the auto-rickshaw stand never stops, and avoid the very cheap lodges in the lanes immediately east of the tracks — ₹1,200 buys a windowless box. Ask whether the hotel is within walking distance of a metro station; several claim it and are 2 km away.

More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Borivali page.

What it costs

We do not hold a live rate for Treebo Aviva Executive at the moment; hotels in Borivali on our list start at about ₹5,600 a night. Check the live price before you plan around a number — Mumbai rates move with the trade-fair and wedding calendars, and a room can double in the week of a large event.

November to February is the expensive season and the comfortable one. June to September — the monsoon — is the cheapest, and the rain is less of an obstacle than people expect if you plan around the mornings.

Staff are well behaved But not well known. the toilets were stinking all the time. Also the tv was not working properly. Again and again people were coming to repair it. Food was also not that great. They also couldn't provide me the invoice at the time of check out as the printer was not working, however they…

Place is Clean. And that is all. AC doesn't work fine. Heater doesn't work either. That charge for water bottle which are supposed to be there at the price they charge. Overall, uncomfortable to stay. Not worth the money.

The hotel is decent enough for a night stay if you are not interested spending too much for a night. It's a budget hotel with all basic amenities except functional set top box (I think they haven't paid to DTH operator).
