There is very little in the way of heritage, boutique or budget backpacker stock, and nothing directly on a beach or promenade of the kind South Mumbai has. It suits a traveller with meetings in CBD Belapur, at the exhibition centres in Kharghar or Vashi, or a delegate flying from the new Navi Mumbai airport who wants a quiet last night before an early flight.
