Divine Residency is in Belapur & Nerul, at Plot No. 516 Sector 24 Ulwe, Panvel. Straight-line, that is about 22 km from Terminal 2, 21 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 20 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.

Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Hotel stock in Belapur and Nerul is almost entirely business-grade: mid-range and upper-mid chain hotels built for government meetings, PSU visitors and conference delegates, clustered near CBD Belapur station and along Palm Beach Road, with a further pocket near Seawoods Grand Central Mall in Nerul. Expect roughly ₹3,000 to ₹7,000 a night for a clean, professionally run three- or four-star room, with a handful of higher-end properties nearer ₹8,000 to ₹12,000. There is very little in the way of heritage, boutique or budget backpacker stock, and nothing directly on a beach or promenade of the kind South Mumbai has. It suits a traveller with meetings in CBD Belapur, at the exhibition centres in Kharghar or Vashi, or a delegate flying from the new Navi Mumbai airport who wants a quiet last night before an early flight. It does not suit anyone wanting to be near the Gateway, the Causeway…
