Chakala and JB Nagar hold the mid-market: Courtyard, ibis, Holiday Inn and a dozen local four-stars at ₹5,500 to ₹9,000, all within eight minutes' walk of a Line 1 metro station. MIDC Central Road and Marol suit anyone with meetings in SEEPZ, at similar rates. Its basically apartment rooms converted to a hotel. Not a real hotel with proper amenities. Rooms are very small with a mini 0.5 ton air conditioner. But it is located in a quiet area. Had to go to mumbai on a short notice. As you all know trying to find a place in mumbai is not that easy. Finally I found these guys, who were ready to givr me a budget friendly room. Very nice budget hotel with supportive staff. Food available and location is in residential area little bit inside the main lane.
