What it is
The surrounding Andheri East district is one of the most convenient parts of Mumbai to stay in, with restaurants, cafés and transport links close by.
Rates shift with the season and with demand, so the live price on the booking page is always the one to trust — tap through for tonight's or your dates' real availability.
Where it sits
Nishita Annexe is in Andheri East, at Plot No. 234 Usha Building Usha Buildingsher E Punjab Chslmumbai 93, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 4 km from Terminal 2, 21 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 7 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 15 minutes to the airport, 75 minutes to Fort and 24 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.
What is included
The property lists 6 facilities. The ones that decide a booking are grouped below; anything unusual — early check-in, a late departure, a desk that takes a laptop — is worth confirming when you book, because listings and reality drift.

Staying in Andheri East
Sahar Airport Road, running between the Western Express Highway and Terminal 2, is the premium strip — the Leela, JW Marriott Sahar, Hilton and Novotel, at ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 with proper conference floors, free terminal shuttles and IGBC-standard newer builds if that matters to your travel policy. Chakala and JB Nagar hold the mid-market: Courtyard, ibis, Holiday Inn and a dozen local four-stars at ₹5,500 to ₹9,000, all within eight minutes' walk of a Line 1 metro station. MIDC Central Road and Marol suit anyone with meetings in SEEPZ, at similar rates. Avoid Sakinaka and the far end of Andheri-Kurla Road unless your office is on it: the hotels are cheap at ₹3,500 and the evening journey out of there will cost you the saving in taxi time. Always check the hotel is walking distance from a metro station — in this suburb it is worth more than a pool.
More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Andheri East page.
What it costs

Worst experience. Worst staying. Only staffs are supportive. Curtains are dirty, toilets are bad, window doesn't have glasses in toilets. No water in some rooms, flush are not working. Showing one good room, after that for staying they are giving another rooms. Rooms are good only in pictures, not really.Preeti Miss · 1/5
