What it is
Guests typically choose Andheri East for its balance of location and price; FabHotel Byaris International Airport is a good fit if you want to be near the action in Mumbai.
Where it sits
FabHotel Byaris International Airport is in Andheri East, at Sahar Clasique Biulding C Wing 2Nd Floor Sahar Road Near International Airport Andheri East 400097 Bombay India, Mumbai. Straight-line, that is about 2 km from Terminal 2, 19 km from CSMT and the Fort offices, and 4 km from the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Road times in Mumbai are not a function of distance. Modelled at the city-wide average of about 17 km/h, that is roughly 6 minutes to the airport, 65 minutes to Fort and 15 minutes to BKC — add half again in the evening peak, and take the train instead wherever the route allows. These are modelled figures, not measured ones.

Staying in Andheri East
Sahar Airport Road, running between the Western Express Highway and Terminal 2, is the premium strip — the Leela, JW Marriott Sahar, Hilton and Novotel, at ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 with proper conference floors, free terminal shuttles and IGBC-standard newer builds if that matters to your travel policy. Chakala and JB Nagar hold the mid-market: Courtyard, ibis, Holiday Inn and a dozen local four-stars at ₹5,500 to ₹9,000, all within eight minutes' walk of a Line 1 metro station. MIDC Central Road and Marol suit anyone with meetings in SEEPZ, at similar rates. Avoid Sakinaka and the far end of Andheri-Kurla Road unless your office is on it: the hotels are cheap at ₹3,500 and the evening journey out of there will cost you the saving in taxi time. Always check the hotel is walking distance from a metro station — in this suburb it is worth more than a pool.
More on the neighbourhood, including how to move around it and what is worth walking to, is on the Andheri East page.

We’ve stayed here a few months and our stay was wonderful. Hence we decided to have another stay this week and to avoid disappointment, we booked our rooms and paid a little advance to the travel partner via app. To our disappointment, this building is shut down and is in renovation/demolition stage but still shown…Sankalp - · 1/5

Be ready to get the number locks of your trolley bags changed if you are planning a longer stay here. Not very surprisingly, the number locks of both my bags got changed on the same day, and that too one day before my checkout. When asked, they will act like knowing nothing but quite a lot of them would have contacts…Arvinder Singh · 1/5
